Erik co-founded WealthStar Advisors in 2010 along with long time friends Jeff Wolf and Scott Stockton. He began helping families achieve their goals as their advisor in 1997 with American Express Financial Advisors (later Ameriprise) working as both an advisor and advisor coach before going independent in 2010. Erik is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and Pope Fellow with a BBA in Business Administration and focus in Economics.  Erik retired from the Texas Army National Guard / U.S. Army as a Major, Engineer Officer in 2009 with over 20 years of service including multiple combat and peace keeping deployments in addition to State activations for emergency serv
